Our club pathway programs are designed to support athletes at all levels. Whether you're a recreational player aiming to improve your skills to make your high school team or a dedicated athlete with aspirations of playing post-secondary basketball, we have a pathway for you. Our youth teams are focused on helping each athlete forge their own path and succeed in their basketball journey.
Excel coaches are highly qualified (NCCP & USA Basketball Gold certified) and have experience both as players and coaches at all levels including university and professional.
Age Groups
U10 - U18 age groups
CommitmentFor the most committed and dedicated athletes. Players are asked to attend all team functions, practices, games and events.
Schedule
Teams practice 3 times a week and play in 8 tournaments (local and across the border)
Uniform
New players will need to purchase a uniform kit (game jersey and shorts, shooting shirt, practice jersey and packpack): $250.00 for the kit.
Spring Team Fees
Blue Team fees: $600 Deposit on acceptance (NON-REFUNDABLE). 5 monthly payments for the remaining amount starting March 1st.
Refunds***Please Note*** Due to advance monetary commitments for league and tournament play, no refunds will be given for rep team players. The only exception will be for a verified medical reason and if that player's spot can then be filled on the roster at a pro-rated amount by another player designated by the coach to be a rep caliber player.

Excel holds formal tryouts twice a year for all age groups. Players will be offered spots on teams based on skill level, hustle, attitude and commitment.

I have had both a boy and a girl in the Excel Program since it began and both of them have developed into incredible basketball players for the Excel club and for their high school teams as a result. The coaches are all excellent, and they foster an inclusive environment that goes beyond basketball; developing self esteem, leadership skills and so much more in all of their young athletes. It has been a very positive experience for our family.
