Trying out for your high school basketball teams this year? Don’t head into tryouts without being prepared! Excel’s High School Prep Program will help you get into peak shape and sharpen the skills needed to perform at your best and make the team. Players will learn what to expect at tryouts, what coaches are looking for and how to maximize their chances to make and play for their high school team. Workouts will realistically be more challenging than anything players will experience on their high school teams.
